How to use:
• Apply using the doe-foot applicator or with the fingers and blend by gently tapping the formula across the area that needs to be covered
• To conceal, choose a colour close to or one shade lighter than the skin tone
• To conceal dark circle and brighten the under-eye area, start with applying concealer in a shade close to the skin tone, then finish with Touche Eclat Illuminating Pen in a shade lighter than the skin tone, applying it on the outer eye area to brighten
• Can be used on the eyelids as a base to create a perfect canvas for smokey eyes
