If you don’t have any gym equipment at home, here is a list of the equipment and what you can replace it with – take note for our video below.

• Weights & Kettlebells – for small weights use water bottles filled with water, and for heavier weights fill a strong bag or backpack with heavy books or other household items, then wrap in a towel or some clothes for cushion. This allows you to create a weighted vest with the backpack or a kettlebell with the bag. • Resistance Bands – use a towel or elastic tubing. • Pilates Chai Ball – use a pillow or stuffed animal that has a bit of thickness, or a foam roller for something sturdier. • Step & Bench – use a staircase and chair to alter elevation for cardio and strength exercises. For example: step-ups, lunges, tricep dips and push-ups. The elevation increases intensity and range of motion and the chair is also great for balance-based exercises like leg extensions.
