Gossip Girl

The cult American drama following the lives of privileged teens on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, known for its impeccable fashion, is back on our screens and bringing us immaculate designer pieces straight from the runway. From Blair Waldorf’s preppy schoolgirl looks bringing the headband back into our lives to Serena van der Woodsen’s boho aesthetic featuring miniskirts and textured jackets, there’s no shortage of style inspiration that makes as much of an impact as the scandalous drama. We just still can’t decide whose wardrobe we like best, S or B. xoxo

The Assassination of Gianni Versace

A thrilling series that brings to life the tragic event that shook the fashion world in the early ’90s: the brutal assassination of Gianni Versace. An interpretation of the true-crime drama gives us an in-depth look into the events that unfolded leading up to the murder and the aftermath of his death, giving us a glimpse into the lives of Gianni and Donatella Versace. The mini-series shows us how Donatella took the helm of the brand, protecting her brother’s legacy, and how she changed the iconic fashion house to what it is today. Expect a lot of black leather and power suiting with an added Italian flair.

Every time we re-watch the iconic show we can’t help but feel nostalgic about our ultimate ’90s fashion muse, Rachel Green. The style-obsessed character epitomised Nineties fashion and has spurred trends over the last decade, with her signature turtlenecks, tartan pleated skirts, slip dresses over t-shirts, baggy overalls, miniskirts, knotted shirts and major sweater envy. We have so much to thank our famous fashionable friend for, giving us style advice over the years through her most recognisable outfits that have stood the test of time.
